Who: PDFGeneral is built by software engineer Yodeimi Gómez (CEO of FacturandoRD, Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic). Blog posts include the same author bio.

How: Browser-based PDF toolkit — compress to an exact KB/MB target, merge, split, organize pages, and build fillable PDFs without uploading documents to our servers. WebAssembly + Web Workers. Guest limit 20 MB.

Why: Portals reject oversized annexes by byte ceiling. Cloud converters upload sensitive files and rarely hit exact caps. PDFGeneral keeps processing on-device.

Editorial policy: we cite review months for portal caps, prefer unique pages over doorway clones, and correct copy when official sheets change. Contact: info@pdfgeneral.com.
