How to change page order

Does reordering hurt quality?
No. Original pages are copied in the new order; they are not re-rasterized.
Can I move several pages at once?
Select multiple and drag one of them — the group keeps its relative order.
Does file size change when I reorder?
Almost never. Only the sequence changes. To cut MBs, delete pages or compress afterward.
Can I reorder and merge several PDFs here?
